    Pros

    Stable.
    Working Environment is good.
Work life balance is also good.
Sometime is a incubator of good ideas.

    Cons

Compensation not compatible compared to other top companies in Bay area.
Lots of policies to follow as a Asian based companies.

    Advice to Management

Not much to say here. Everything is well organized. Except that we may need to more stimulate employees' passion to work.

    Pros

Did not meet a single incompetent person who wasn't willing to help anyone and everyone
Management is highly experienced and innovative, they sit down with every team frequently
Pay and benefits are incredible, 25% jump from my previous employer for essentially the same work

    Cons

Corporate in Korea can squash anything anyone from America has going, despite months, even years of work
Some verticals serve the same function and cannibalize resources

    Advice to Management

Make sure inept verticals are not taking away resources from teams that are making money

    Pros

Really enjoyed the team I was working with, along with the work we were doing. We had a lot of freedom to conduct actual research, and were free to pursue things we found interesting.

    Cons

The location wasn't ideal, and Samsung hasn't invested in the shuttle services provided by Apple or Google. Also, working with samsung HQ can be a bit difficult.

    Advice to Management

    Things are great.

    Pros

    Great benefits, good (decent) salaries

    Cons

Prepare to be 'owned' 24/7. I worked out of NYC and dealt with managers in Korea and San Francisco every day. Due to the time difference this meant it was common to work 12 -15 hours each day.

    Advice to Management

Korea is the capital of South Korea, not the world!

    Pros

There are 4 groups here at SRA that are actually very different, if you want to compare them from the rest of the herd. These 4 labs are highly creative, innovative, and have released very relevant top rated products. Cool thing about these departments, is that they shell you from the usual politics that plague the rest. They encourage creativity, good design, and thinking outside the box mentality. These groups function like a start-up, They are quick and agile to the changes. Being in this ecosystem really helped me to mature, grow, and learn from others.

It is also a great place to learn about the mobile industry, it's developers engineering, and business.

Lots of perks. Free devices (gifts), free lunch (depends on the department), 401k, great health benefits, fun environment, great salary, great bonus, etc...

    Cons

    - You work a lot (but you get rewarded for it)
    - Headquarter is in Korea and they still control everything. You need HQ's approval to release anything.
    - Things change very quickly.
    - Little or no process at all.
    - Communication?

    Advice to Management

Can't really blame management. They have their own bosses who treats them harshly then your lowly senior designer. Our team is just lucky that we have good managers and great people. It is what it is.
