Pros – Big company, but feels like a startup. A lot of challenges and opportunity to implement your ideas. Open communication and straight feedback from upper managment

Pros – Salary is competitive. Has good name recognition.

Cons – Old management style. Very autocratic. No decision making in USA

Advice to Senior Management – There is no advice as things will not change. They are who they are and if you are there you must accept or leave.

Pros – Good accomodation.Company transport.Round trip to india

Cons – Good to join if you are not family man & working in some startup company in india.
Treatment is same as local contract employee.
Very high Risk since 2 year saving are not enough to finish all liabilities & also finding job in india from korea is not possible.
Bosses are arrogant & having lot of ego.
No transparency.

Advice to Senior Management – Provide training on english to group leaders who are handling foreigners.

Pros – Company provides accommodation, work is good, salary is better and you can save a lot. Company does not force to come on weekend. Company sponsors round trip air tickets once in a year for your family

Cons – Communication is a problem as in South Korea only some people from team can talk in english, but people are friendly and with the time you can get a good grip on work.

Advice to Senior Management – Communication is the issue as less team members talk in english, if management can improve then they can get a lot from foreign employees.

Even young people can have high responsibity and high right in their work.

Cons – Pay is not so much competitive to attract excellent human resource.

Advice to Senior Management – It needs to recruit more talented human resource with better offer.(higher salary, more benifits, etc.)

Pros – many chance and many oppotunity in various field.
It is a big company, but work is like small company, you can get many kinds of experience

Cons – low salary, and low compensate, late promotion is the biggest problem.
And need to add fresh guy as soon as possible

Advice to Senior Management – Think you employee, Compare your salary and employee salary,
Is it reasonable? You need to work in the field if you said " OK"

Pros – product based company.lot more expertise will come.also working culture at samsung techwin is a great opertunity it self.it is great

Cons – out side your home country is very difficult.also company keeping more percetage of money in bonus.company precess is very slow.

Advice to Senior Management – if bonus is more percentage in our CTC there should be a percentage which must gurented. they should not take months time to finalise the process for a new employee
