Details
Pros
The best reason to work for the San Mateo Animal Hospital would be for the cute furry little animals and their sweet owners that I have come to know very well, they are like family to me.
Cons
The downsides to working at the San Mateo Animal Hospital would be the new management. The owner has let these new employees run the place into the ground, and all of the clients and old employees are running away now.
Advice to Senior Management
I would recommend listening to clients and old employees about why they are unhappy and possibly comprimising a little.
