Pros
Good benenits. Great bonus package. Flexible working hours. Understanding when you need to work from home because you need to take care of stuff.
Cons
Difficult for advancement. Employee development is weak. Not good with performance review process. Decisions forced down from upper management without your input into the process.
Advice to Senior Management
Difficulty with statbility of position since they reorg every year ofr two years. Management is top heavy less individual contributors.
Pros
Good bonus, Good stock options given at 8$, If you are lucky and have good manager then good RSU. Not much work to do. 4 days dinner in a week.
Cons
Work is boring, I alone worked on more complex block than whole team here.
Most of the Managers and Directors have deep insecurity feeling with almost everyone, So if you don't have any exposure with upper management.
Not flexible about work timing, you need to be present in office till 7, evenif you don't have any work.
Salary level are one of the lowest in industry, though they compensate some with bonus/RSU.
Very political about who gets promotion and who does not. So someone would be staff engineer at 6 years of experience while some at 15 years.
There is no sick leave, no paternity leave and mandatory shutdown period
If you work more than 4-5 years there, your chances of clearing job interview in other company would be very low..
Most of HR is contracted to third party, and they don't care about human issues..
Advice to Senior Management
Implement 360 evaluation
Pros
Good benefits and compensation, good work/life balance
Cons
Very political, with far too much Israeli cultural influence. Poor hiring in certain leadership positions, leading to the loss of a lot of good, talented people.
Pros
Projects are challenging, so would be a good starting point for career development. Bonus is good, especially if you are working on important projects.
Cons
Always very busy, always lots of projects. Most people there work hard, which adds a lot of peer pressure. Most of the managers in design are directors.
Pros
Great people, interesting work. There are always new opportunities for change & growth.
Cons
Hasn't made the change to a $5 billion company, still some legacy startup behaviors.
Advice to Senior Management
Think then act.
Pros
Great Products to work with and great technology , innovation is part of our daily tasks.
Great people and work balance is fair.
Cons
Sandisk is still a flash maker company and it will be nice to see it growth also to be a software/Hardware company that use flash.
Pros
very good company for people interested in circuit design profile. Nand flash group is good to understand how basic nand flash works.
Cons
Not a good company for logic level design. Very few opportunities in this domain. Small design with less complexity at logic level.
Advice to Senior Management
They need to be more interactive with the designers and understand their aspirations. Need to work on their pay package also.
Pros
+ Ability to work with team's worldwide
+ Opportunity to learn and be involved as much as you'd like

+ Hours can be strenuous, making it hard to have a work/life balance
Advice to Senior Management
Communication of the overall strategy and team building is key and can always be improved.
Pros
Good compensation, used to give out stock options, stocks and bonuses, make the total package worth it.
Brand name that gets recognition world wide

Advice to Senior Management
Get rid of the nitty gritty and give people leeway to do what they know how to
Pros

Cons
Hours, employees, communication, helpfulness, guidelines
Advice to Senior Management
