    Pros

The work environment is great. The younger co workers are open for growth. You have a chance to help the community. There are no real micro-managers. The pay is decent for the work.

    Cons

There are a lot of older people who work there that are threatened by change. The company has a lot of skeleton that are starting to come out due to years of negligence. This with challenging oil prices make workers weary.

    Pros

My co-workers were nice and the company made an effort to do nice things for the employees (sold Chick-fil-a items at lunch once a week).

    Cons

Management doesn't appreciate industry experience, excellence in job performance, or solid work ethics. Too often poor performers are rewarded.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention. You have managers who delegate every responsibilty and make decisions based on emotions. The cold, hard facts are that SD needs experienced management who hire and fire based on job performance and quality of work.
