    Pros

    The pay is very good and most of the people are very nice to work with. They take the time o train you well.

    Cons

    Very cold,long hours on feet, hands hurt all the time. Breaks are not long enough. Very fast paced,hard to keep up sometimes

    Advice to Management

    Make sure employees get breaks they deserve

    holidays pay,off on birthday with pay,weekends off, open door policy,good benefits,room for promotion, friendly co-worker.

    Cons

    cold environment,short time for lunch breaks, no place to put food in icebox.

    Advice to Management

    longer training time.

    Pros

    Excellent benefits, good pay, but...

    Cons

    Lack of communication, waco plant is out control, they fired a lot of people in the last months, due to very minor things.

    Advice to Management

    Please came and audit our plant
