    I worked at Sanford

    Pros

    The faculty was very dedicated and very professional. They were also very interested in helping their students, offering to tutor their students whenever necessary.

    Cons

    The students were not always disciplined academically. It was always a challenge to work with a fair number of them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Offer more benefits(especially healthcare)to part-time employees, even if the employee has to pay for them.

    Pros

    Free Product - Pens Galore (It gets old after a while because of receiving constant product
    Customer Service Week - One week where you actually feel valued as an employee

    Cons

    Poor Management
    Unorganized departments
    Rude customer service reps
    Uneducated staff

    So much to say.....Hiring staff eally needs to choose wisely instead of favorites being picked.....
