Pros
I find from wide side Sanmina -Sci EMS world wide I interest to join first time.
I proud be hired by Management but at the End suffer after join 7 years.

cheaper Salary high pressure in the work environment
Advice to Senior Management
Please up grade salary local employee by eliminated role of expatriate so high salary to make high manufacturing cost (high production cost) to meet high productivity local employee

Pay is good but it takes a while to get to good pay
Cons
Location flexibility is lacking. HR is terrible. Need to change Plant manager. Need to change Engineering manager. Need to fire CEO.

Dont manage for stock price. Care for people. make sure you are not partial towards any particular race or religion or sexual orientation.

need to treat exmployees well, as happy employees give good service & support to customers
Need to review KPIs to ensure they correctly reflect the actions that employees should take.

Not a boring day, always something new, very challenging place to work for, lot of opportunities to learn new things.
Cons
No connection between the senior management and the `real people` who makes the business happen, very poor communication about the vision and plans

probably to watch undercover boss would help to understand those people who are delivering the success month by month, they are people who needs very little to be happy

Lousy benefits and infrequent raises so do not work here.

Managers show favoritism
The work ethic is to work hard so your manager can get the credit.
The people that do nothing and complain about not getting a raise are the ones that get raises.
The people that work hard just get more work.

Don't make friends with your subordinates and their significant others.
Be fair and don't show favoritism.
Try to do the work of your employees and see what they actually do. (you would be surprised)

good mfg exposure in usa. mfg facilities in multiple cities and states. if ypou work hard, greatyer exposure as you will be made to work harder:)

everything from pay to mgmt to human treatment. mgmt flouts every rule they want to enforce.unqualified mgmt hands out poor shabby employee treatment.

most pathetic bunch of selfish crooks. treat as you you like yourself treated. pair faily and promote without racism and ethnic alliances
