    Pros

The ability to create your own day to day routing and schedule was nice.

    Cons

The micromanaging was terrible. Threats of checking time stamps for signatures made the job tedious. It ended up being more about making it look right on paper than it did actually doing the right things for the accounts. The old boys club is alive and well. Upper management allowed sales rep that weren't on the top privleges because they were "in the club" vs based on performance.

    Advice to Management

Have true transparency. Stop making reps to random reports when ranking them. Anyone can make an excel report look fancy even if the numbers aren't what they seem.

    Pros

Overall the compensation is fairly good comparing to competitors. Bonus is a consistence achieve or beyond the target. Promotion is slow though. Frequent merger and acquisition made the environment unstable

    Cons

The company has a very traditional way doing business. The progress and promotion of people are slow. It is very difficult to progress the career inside the company

    Pros

Sanofi Vacation package is exceeds industry standard 401K exceeds the industry standard Health coverage meets the industry standard Company vehicle exceeds the industry standard

    Cons

Pay for Sanofi is below the industry standard Environment was highly negative for me Business acumen was low We will see how their pricing strategy works with their new Basal insulin, I believe that 2nd and 3rd quarter earnings will be negative because of discounting. Their cardiometabolic drug will suffer because of their pricing strategy with Lovenox and now Lantus. Inhaled insulin was a bust.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Wonderful people, excellent boss, flexible work schedule. I loved being able to get certified to use a forklift, and the amount of experience I've gained is invaluable.

    Cons

The company as a whole is very bureaucratic. I would like to think the company has their own best interests at heart when selecting an individual to bring onto a full-time position.

    Advice to Management

    Amend your admissions policies.

    Pros

modern facility, very clean.you have a lot of training

    Cons

a lot of racism and nepotism, I am working there as a temporary employee I am one of five who have been hired. I am the only one who does not have a father, or uncle or other relative working there. I am the only who has pharmaceutical experience actually 25 years of experience the other four have never worked in a pharmaceutical didn't know anything about cGMP or SOP 's yet are making to four dollars per hour and they will most l have more chance to have a permanent position with this company.matter of fact or permanent employees have told me so. Even the smart mouth punk whose father got him the job said so all the time.
