Pros
There is a good atmosphere and good relationships among colleagues. There is a genuine interest in research and good collaboration on project teams.
Cons
There is poor communication from upper management, decision-making in the company is in France. The company is currently restructuring and the changes may not be for the better.
Advice to Senior Management
Employees are unsure what is happening with the restructuring for nearly a year now. This is hurting morale and making it difficult to be enthusiastic about investing in the company.
