I worked at Sansum Clinic full-time

    Pros

The department I worked in was like my second Family. The people I worked with were the best! It was a pretty casual environment and they were flexible with my schedule.

    Cons

Benefits weren't that great. There was little or no retirement matching. HR didn't really seem very on top of things when I was there.

    Advice to Management

It seemed like management did a pretty good job. I can't think of much advice other than to keep listening to your employees and try to provide better benefits.

I have been working at Sansum Clinic full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Company seems to stay up to date on newest technologies for patients. Very good health care for a medium sized community. A nice place to work.

    Cons

Pay is not equal to cost of living. No raises or 403b contributions for about 2 years, but a lot of spending on new buildings and equipment.

    Advice to Management

Seems to be too much micromanagement. Going to be hard to retain good employees in such an expensive area without better pay.

I have been working at Sansum Clinic full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great co-workers and good benefits.

    Cons

No room for growth. Management is always asking us to do more with less and with no possibility for a pay increase...claiming there just isn't enough money in the budget, despite the fact that they have just completed a multi-million dollar facility complete with flat screen tv's in every department. The managers aren't really interested in promoting a happy work place.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like the matter.... beacuse without us the clinic doesn't run
