Pros
I think it's a good place to start you career, you'll meet everyday challenging tasks and you'll be given responsibility from the beginning. People are nice and friendly.
Cons
Work/life balance it's in general not good. Personal skills and competences should be taken a bit more in consideration when assigning resources to projects.

Improving client and project management could help the employee do a better job and having a more pleasant working experience.

2. Leadership is not visionary as they don't envision long term success of all stakeholders while there execution of the project. They always take shortcuts.

Overall a good company to work with. Good People Values and Culture. Most of the management is really supportive and open to hear people concerns. Real-time feedback and openness really helps people grow. The core values are really lived by people.

Sometimes work schedules are too aggressive and over all environment is very demanding. As the company is growing the quality of people is diminishing as compared to what it was 2-3 years back.
