    Less Chance to grow

Senior Associate (Current Employee) Gurgaon, Haryana (India)

ProsYou can do work from home.

ConsI have worked here for 2 years straight and I can tell that no rational person can last more than that. There are too much sycophancy in its top management so less growth chances for new talents. They have no work culture or ethics. Too much politics and they worst kind of company for someone who is looking to be a good technical career.

Advice to Senior ManagementMy advice would be to get rid of sycophancy from top management also fire few of present management people and hire guys who are qualified to lead and motivate a team and don't promote sycophancy in company.

More talk, less work. More about marketing, less about technology. Talk-athons are promoted. Got good sales team.

Manager Technology (Current Employee) Gurgaon, Haryana (India)

ProsGood salary. Good hardware to work on. Good sales team which is able to market average delivery performance and get top dollars.

ConsTop heavy. Old employees, inexperienced in management, are crowding the top. Very hierarchical and red-tapism.

Advice to Senior ManagementSwitch job; get a life.

    Fraud Company

Associate Technology L1 (Former Employee) Gurgaon, Haryana (India)

    ProsWell This company has none.
Please refrain from joining this company you'll end up wasting a lot of precious time of yours.

ConsI have worked here for 2 years straight and I can tell that no rational person can last more than that. They have no work culture or ethics. All they do is brag about themselves like they are in a different league from TCS and infosys but in reality they are far inferior. Too much politics and they worst kind of company for someone who is looking to be a good developer.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe management is neither skilled nor qualified. They have no idea what so ever as to how to lead a team and they end up destroying the developers and other people who work below them.Management people here are busy sawdering there uppers.
My advice would be to get rid of the present management and hire guys who are qualified to lead and motivate a team.

Good work culture but less incentives for lower designation developers.

Associate Technology L1 (Current Employee) Gurgaon, Haryana (India)

ProsWork culture is good in terms of value to openness and creativity. Learning opportunity is good for people on projects.

ConsThe people who are not on projects sometimes have to wait longer in order to get on to project. No great incentives for developers in the lower designations.

Advice to Senior ManagementDevelopers on the lower designations should also be provided incentives and encouraged to be top performers by having such provisions in the company.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
