I have been working at Sapient full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You can do work from home.

    Cons

I have worked here for 2 years straight and I can tell that no rational person can last more than that. There are too much sycophancy in its top management so less growth chances for new talents. They have no work culture or ethics. Too much politics and they worst kind of company for someone who is looking to be a good technical career.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice would be to get rid of sycophancy from top management also fire few of present management people and hire guys who are qualified to lead and motivate a team and don't promote sycophancy in company.
