    Pros

-People: The crowd here is awesome. Its helping, polite and considerate. Seniors too are understanding and almost everyone is approachable.Almost everyone is young and active. -Salary: They pay at par with present industry standards and hikes are okay. -Learning opportunities:They recruit the best to train you. You can learn from peers too.

    Cons

-Too much focus on showing itself different from its competitors -Openness is a core value here but sometimes too much of it intrudes in your privacy -Personal growth requires huge efforts from individual. After training you need to compete among your peers to get selected for any project and grow. -Opportunities are scant and monotonous -Work life balance is hard to maintain. People have left this company for this reason more than anything else. Good for single freshers though. This also explains the large number of fresh graduates hired each year.

    Advice to Management

Give more chance to people to grow. Reduce the burden of bond on freshers

    Pros

    - Best part of this company is its HR department (People Success), Hiring team and Office services. Very helpful and quick response to the problems. - Get cross trained to tools like Adobe CQ5, Hybris etc. - Adhere to its core values. Very open and flexible to work hours or WFH if you are on a project. - Onsite opportunities depends on the project and the span would be short like 1 to 3 months mostly. - Good learning experience as you'll get to work on a project from scratch mostly.

    Cons

    - Works mostly on CMS (Content Management System) which are proprietary e-eCommerce tools. - Hard time getting a project if you belong to Generic technology like Java or .net. - Internal interviews for projects which normally gets hard to crack. - No facilities like free cab, free parking and free meals. - Poor Work life balance if your project is at critical stage. Late night work and weekend workings are normal.

    Advice to Management

Recently got acquired by Publicis. Probable changes in policies.

    Pros

-> You can decide which project to choose. -> If you want to work on latest technologies management will help you in your growth. -> Will get a chance to work on latest technologies(again depend on your project). -> Really good transport system which make sure that employee safety and convenience is the highest priority. -> Will have lots of party and fun with team-mates. -> Open Culture You can talk to your manager any time and openly. Can give suggestions as well as improve the existing workflows.

    Cons

-> Offer you good salary package in the beginning but annual growth is very less. -> Your performance matters but your connections matter most. -> Work Life Balance is really bad. Sometimes you have work an very hard deadlines. ->

-Compensation is slightly higher as compared to most services companies in India -Steep learning curve -Lots of exciting technologies -Challenging projects -Great Work Culture

    Cons

-Politics amongst middle management -Lot of deserving people get sidelined because of managers claiming their credit -Growth only possible if you can play smart and make the right connections
