Advice to Senior Management – Most of the people leave because people think their managers don't appreciate hard work they do and just try to find the problems in their work to deny the promotion and the growth. Promotion process should be fair.

Pros – it is a company in which you will get to work in lot of technologies which will help you in your career.

Cons – Sometimes, there are lot of politics played in senior management whenever promotion round comes in. They do that for those people whom they have good connections.

Pros – they pay you nice package and make you stick with the company for a while. they are american company with very good projects in hand

Cons – Bad work culture, bad managers

Advice to Senior Management – try to hire managers with the similar domain experience. take reviews of the managers periodically

- Polices and process sucks
- You will hardly find any inspiring leaders or people setting in top walking their talk
- Strategies are very short term and focus is on only immediate results at cost of anything
- No meritocracy or clarity on expectation from you. Very perception driven and completely subjective assessment
