Pros
Management communicates well - this transparency is appreciated by Employees. Compensation and Benefits are on par with other companies of this size in the St. Louis area. Employee recognition is readily shared, however promotion opportunities are not.
Cons
The market is condensing, so there seems to be constant restructuring within. Reorganizations lead to frustrations and also anxiety about the future with this company, but that is to be expected in an industry with low margin and significant changes. More of environmental/economic impact than controllable areas.
Advice to Senior Management
Plan better to avoid constant changes. Stay in touch with the rank and file.
