    Pros

Interesting projects. lots of unused space.

    Cons

Dysfunctional management systems. Poor career growth.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management does not have an accurate view of the performance and capabilities of its staff. There was no employee review/recognition process whatsoever. No goal-setting process for employees, and no reviews against goals. In engineering terms, the place is "open loop" - there is only ad-hoc feedback from operations to senior management.
