I have been working at Sarpino's Pizzeria full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

New pizza Franchise small but very supportive. staff is friendly overall and really relaxed. there are multiple managers at the franchise and disperse the work very well between all managers vs having a few managers and increasing the stress burden on those managers.

    Cons

company could compensate drivers a little better. it isn' t bad but does not compare to other pizza places around the area.

I have been working at Sarpino's Pizzeria full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

There's no limit to how many hours you can work. I've made over $1k in two weeks once, but nearly died in the process.
    Family atmosphere.

    Cons

There's no limit to how many hours you can work. And there's no over-time either.
You can ask for a day off but there's no guarantee you'll get it.
The pay is hysterically low! $6/hr for drivers, $8.25/hr for insiders and cooks.
Hours of operation are completely inconsiderate. Some employees get scheduled to work till 4am and have to come back to work at 10am the next day...

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
