    Dreadful

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

    ProsGood products
    Nice Co-workers (non-Management)
    Good benefits

ConsHorrible culture. Leadership Team is full of yes-men and under-qualified, non-professionals. Culture of fear from the Owner who is unqualified to move the company forward.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop trying to run the company like it is a Fortune 100 company. Your greatest assets are your employees, not your "leadership Team". Just because you say it is "another great day at Sashco" doesn't mean it is.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Overall a negative experience

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Denver, CO

    ProsAverage Health Benefits
PTO is average to above average
Friendly co-workers (for the most part)
Generally willing to train employees and encourage growth through education

ConsOften gross mismanagement from leadership team
    Finger pointing from upper management
General employee discontentment from factory workers to front office staff
Often unreasonable deadlines from upper management
    Below average to average pay

Advice to Senior ManagementSashco truly does make high quality products, but leadership needed to trust their employees more rather than micromanage, finger point and manage through passive aggressive behavior.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
