Pros – technology-oriented company. Upper-management think high of people with high skills and good ideas.

Cons – Middle or low- level management lacks vision

Pros – Satcon pays well and has decent benefits. It is exciting to work in a volatile industry such as solar, but often is very stressful.

Cons – Absolutely terrible self centered management. Decisions are often made with little to no research, often leading to disastrous results. Proper business practices are put aside in favor or a "go as fast as you can to reduce time to market" mentality. Company reorganization will happen often and somehow you are always the last person to know that you have a new title or boss.

Advice to Senior Management – Good luck with the bankruptcy.

Pros – Implemented Processes and team building. Long hours but always flexible. Work-Life balance

Cons – no complaints at the moment

Cons – No future growth, too many incompetent middle managers and very unprofessional.

Advice to Senior Management – treat others like the way you want to be treated.
