Good Challenging projects to work
Cons
growth was s a question at that time
Pros
Some good team members and work culture.
Cons
No scope for growth. Managers are literally waste and they dont know anything. They dont know how to communicate their team on important things and how to help when necessary.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep faith of your team and start communicating with the team on important things.
Pros
across the board oppurtunities in various domains
Cons
the old culture is gone .. its is now mihindra and mahindra and mahindra
Advice to Senior Management

Advice to Senior Management
nothing to say
Pros
1.Wide range of clients and therefore projects.
2.Very good learning centre.
3.Onsite opportunities are there, you just need some amount of luck.
Cons
1.Too many managers, too less developers.
2.Strong hierarchy.
3.The mid-level is practically empty.
4.Mostly filled with Telegu and Tamil people.
Advice to Senior Management
Try to retain more people in the mid-level, that's the core of a company.
Pros
Work pressure is very low, you can enjoy both work and family life. I enjoyed working here. there is flexi timings that you can work. Once you complete the work you have no other burden. Satyam gives high importance for learning. There are great opportunities that you get in terms of learning.
Cons
pay scale is low, career growth is slow. If we compare the positions with other software companies in industry the pay scale is low. But the if you look at the amount of work you do and and the pay, you feel like you are over paid. So you can enjoy satyam if you are not much worried on your pay pack
Advice to Senior Management
Please make it more strict
Pros
Good Work Life Balance in the company
Cons
Creativity and Passion for work goes for a toss
Advice to Senior Management
Kindly take more care of the management graduates getting into the system.Give them more responsibility. They can help more in the growth of the organization
Pros
Campus , playground , the Banyan tree at EC , little flexibility in moving around , very senior management is good ( VP / AVP onwards ) , good gym
Cons
Tamil Telugu Xenophobia. I have been in calls where everyone is speaking Tamil / Telgu , after which the Tamil guy makes a quick MOM and gets the make-up. The roadmap for domain folks and business analysts is dotted with 8 feet wide and 100feet deep canyons. Proactiveness is scandalous and can get you killed.
Advice to Senior Management
Be more cosmopolitian ( Hyd / Chennai is not the whole world) , domain / business analysts and technical are both equally needed in IT because we are finally catering to business , get folks from better engg colleges . B schools and have a "out-of-ppt" strategy to retain them before they get retailed out. , REDUCE DIABOLIC WORKLOAD ON VP'S AND AVP'S AND GET THEM IN MENTORING ROLES.
