Pros
Some good team members and work culture.
Cons
No scope for growth. Managers are literally waste and they dont know anything. They dont know how to communicate their team on important things and how to help when necessary.

Keep faith of your team and start communicating with the team on important things.

Try to focuns on the a few areas instead of trying to revive the whole of Satyam back to its old glory in one shot

HR has got no role other than forwardign mails...
the apprisal process is very bad...it takes 3 long months to complete appriasal of very few associates as compared to other companies...we have a feeling that they dilute our one quarter salary completely
Your growth will be blocked by the leders...they will not grom themselves and the will not allow you to take their shoes either

It is a equal opportunity employer and provides good employee related benefits. It has a great entry level training facility which is state of the art/ world class.

Like other software companies in India it has a poor management in terms of middle level managers who are a set of totally confused people don't know why they have become managers.....

If you happen to move to work overseas, you get to earn very good amount of money.
It is just another services organisation, so you get to learn everything you can expect in a typical services organisation.

It's plain luck as which project you work in is not completely in your own hand. You many land up in a project which has nothing overseas, so unless you already negotiated for good salary you won't be able to make good money.
