I have been told few x employees that Satyam is the best place to work compared to other IT services co in terms of Compensation and Management friendly.
Cons
Employee retention and New client base. This should be resolved if the FC happened.
Advice to Senior Management
They try to focus on Employee retention but not able to. There is a problem in identifying the key employee at bottom level. Need the management to think out of box. They concentrate to retain only the grown client phase. Which gives growth from 60% to 70%. If focus how to make 10% to 50% then the revival would be faster.
