Satyam Reviews
-
Pros
This company affords you the opportunity to work with some very good clients and good projects. There are some very talented and capable people in the company.
Cons
Middle leadership is not very strong throughout. They tend to slow things down by poor decision making. Education and training and job rotation is very weak. It is unplanned. HR is impersonal and not helpful.
Advice to Senior Management
Monitor HR and make it employee friendly. Improve training and make it professional and useful to the company;s needs and employee needs as per projects they are deputed to work on
