Pros
More opportunities to work in different projects. Employee satisfaction level is good. Trainings provided are good. Has very good middle management people.
Cons
Salary increments are minimal irrespective of the role player for a project. Should provide good opportunities w.r.t employee growth.
Advice to Senior Management
Senior Mgmt should consider all employees at par while considering for promotions or increments. Mgmt should analyze people employee capabilities before a decision is made.
