I worked at Saudi Aramco full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Great salary, many benefits for regular employees, but not for contractors
Cons – No benefits for contractors, they work you EXTREMELY hard, preferences and recognition mostly for saudis, many of whom don't actually work that hard, expats are not appreciated or recognized for their work, professional and social discrimination
Advice to Senior Management – Need a fairer system to recognize and reward employees, professional contractors should be allowed to use the library
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

I have been working at Saudi Aramco full-time
Pros – Open mind ppl. Nice city.
Cons – Lossy salaries , takes years to be promoted! Mass company in one word!!! "Hire as many with lowest wages ppl as possible , make them work like machines and never promote them." Very bad choice for professional girls who wish to work as seniors someday in the business market world!! Only 2 female managers out there with 20+ exp to reach there!!
Advice to Senior Management – Rise salaries and shorten time for promotions specially for girls! pries employees .
Very bad choice for an employer for professional Saudi girls who wish to work as seniors someday in the business market world!! Namely, as mangers. Only 2 or less female managers out there with a 20+ exp to reach there!! Unlike boys!
