Pros

a company more than 80 years old working in the construction business, the owners are great people to work for. there is mutual loyalty between both employees and owners.

Cons

there is a big lack for communication among units, allot of politics, not clear carrier paths not development specially in administrative jobs and non technical jobs.

Advice to Senior Management

the company should work more on developing staff, hiring new blood, and automating work transactions, more should be invested in management development and finding new ways to utilize company sources.

Pros

not much work pressure. Good place to start as a fresh engineer and get some "on- paper" experience

Cons

Lets just say I need more space to write the cons.

Advice to Senior Management

You can be the best company in the world but you have to get rid of nepotism and waasta here.
and most importantly respect your employees.
