Is the best employee in Argentinean labor market, according the popular thinking. In terms to obtain a future job, since I started to work in Techint, always I was called (It happens every time I sent my resume)

It's an excellent key to obtain a future interview, in argentinean labor market. Salaries do not compensate the effort done. The annual evaluation process is too much agressive.

Evaluation must be oriented to the employee development, not like a war between partners

Freedom to work without much restrictions.The office culture is very good.Multinational environment makes it a very joyful existence of the employees.

No economical recognition as compared to work. A lot of disparity in terms of economical treatment.
