    Genuine Feel

    ProsDuring my two years with Savanna I feel that the executives are down-to-earth, caring people who want the company to be successful for more than just financial incentives. I'm also very pleased to have company values that are regularly discussed and referenced when making difficult decisions. I know I can expect colleagues to act in accordance with those values and uphold that standard.

    ConsSavanna has had some growth pains as it aims to become an industry leader. Like any company that has grown like Savanna has there are always challenges in establishing and streamlining processes that work well. Inefficiencies are often frustrating.

    Advice to Senior ManagementMaintain and develop transparency to employees in both the office and the field so they can all appreciate your genuine concern for the people that make up Savanna.
