    I worked at Saveology.com full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The potential to earn is limitless since the company pays base plus commission and there are a lot of overtime hours to capitalize on.

    Cons

Work becomes monotonous, sometimes frustrating to deal with customers, and every minute of work time has to be accounted for which sometimes make you as an adult feel like you're in a daycare.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider giving a five minute break sometimes for employees to recoup from some frustrating calls to get their heads back into the game. One bad call sometimes messes up an entire work day of sales.

    Pros

None, they treat you like a number

    Cons

EVERYTHING they treat you poorly and curse at you

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    STOP TREATING PEOPLE POORLY

When you treat people like they're disposable, you're going to get a disposable employee. No one wants to work in an environment where they are told on a daily basis that you did a great job but you're still fired. My opinion is that this is a hostile work environment.

I have been working at Saveology.com full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Receiving a weekly paycheck is the only pro

    Cons

This company is biased against woman, there is an acceptable glass ceiling here although the women that work here are more competent than the men. This company is run like a concentration camp and instilling fear in the employees is the only way that management believes that they can lead their teams.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop promoting little boys with big egos and start promoting women that continue to prove their competency.
