    Pros

Competitive salary and 401k. Great teamwork on remote sites.

I have been working at Sayres and Associates full-time

    Pros

Flexible with teleworking; no micromanaging from upper management; coworkers are friendly and hard working

    Cons

Huge disconnect from upper management; I was verbally offered one thing, and they never delivered, kept placing blame on the program manager; they will NEVER give you a raise, but they will tell you to keep up the good work. They do not offer any training or outside classes except for PMP, famous words, "Cross Pollination." If you are a Mid-Sr analyst, there is no room for growth unless you are male that served in the Navy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give raises when they are deserved or you will lose all of your good people. Do not bicker amongst yourselves and involve your employees in the fight. Follow through with what you say or no one will believe you.
