    I worked at Sbarro (More than a year)

    Pros

    At the time it had a very friendly atmosphere, great people great place to work.

    Cons

    New management moved HQ out of state and closed 1/2 the locations.

    most of the staff you work with are great people

    the company dont care about its people. i worked there 3yrs i saw managers not get raises that should have, the accounting in this company is done by idiots at best. the new ceo is all talk

    pay what you owe on time. take care of your people

    Pros

    Its a good job I you like being active n can communicate with others well.

    Cons

    It can be boring like any other job in fast food were you have to scrub walls n trash cans when big managers come.

    Advice to Management

    I dontvreqlly want a management poison but it would be nice

    Pros

    Nice people Consistent hours Free food basic whenever

    Cons

    Work 10+ hours with no lunch or breaks Hard to get time off Oven is so hot it burns your skin

    Advice to Management

    Give us breaks! My feet are so swollen they can't fit into my shoes.

    Food is good. That's about it

    Employees and managers that work there are trashy and stuck in middle school drama . they treat New people that start there with disresecpt .

    Advice to Management

    Learn to resecpt people . clean up. Fire when people do something wrong . don't fire when someone didn't do anything wrong .

    I worked at Sbarro full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Fast paced environment meet people all day long. Great food that you get at a discounted prices. I enjoyed working there.

    Cons

    You work long day and on your feet a lot. They pay isn't the best of course but what do you expect?

    Advice to Management

    Increase employee pay to reduce turn over rates. Mix up the menu some add some fresh options like a salad.
