If your are interested in working with a global company

Inempt management
Low salary
Lack of training and development
Advice to Senior Management
Pleases come up with a good business development plan and stay with it. Management is constantly changing their focus. In addition, the sales manager needs to be able to devote more time to the sales staff.

work at home and independance
Cons
always working 7am-10pm constantly being called by the owner, even during holidays
Advice to Senior Management
quit - they were horrific to everyone with the exception of the xmas party
