Pros
unlimited opportunity for advancement. The CEO is people oriented. Work assignments are challenging and project management maintains reasonable schedules. Opportunity exists for a person willing to work hard and is a team player.
Cons
Small company salaries are limited, perks are sometimes non-monetary
Advice to Senior Management
Your loyalty is appreciated. Employee recognition goes a long way in retaining employees
