Current Employee – been working at Scarborough Research part-time for less than a year
Pros – Well so far it seems like a great place. I just started. Its a call center so I'm sure it won't be so bad.
Cons – I just started so no cons :) I'm sure dealing with rude people will be a con but you learn to overcome objections working in a call center. Oh and no benefits like health but you do get 401k i believe after a year. Pay is decent but it would be better at full time.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros – Your success is almost completely in your own hands. The interview questions must be read as written, but it is up to you to "sell" the respondent on doing the survey with you, and to engage them enough to keep them on the line until the end of the survey. It's a great place to work for a well-spoken person who is not afraid to talk to people. I love talking with different people from all over the country.
Cons – Not too many. Benefits would be most helpful, and I will be much happier when my pate rate increases. Some of the survery sections could be written better to help us be more successful, but that is like re-writing the constitution, apparently.
In addition to the hourly pay, the company should be sharing more of the profits with the interviewers, whose success helps them make lots and lots of money. Incentives for good performance were much better in the past, and I think they should be brought back up to that level, at least.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work! My experiences with on-site management and coaches have been extremely positive. They demonstrate their awareness that the interviewers are the front line and show their appreciation for the work that we do.
However, off-site high-level company management should increase incentives for productive interviewers. Without us, the company has no information to sell to their customers. The impression each interviewer leaves with each respondent helps boost response rates for booklets and TV diaries, and increases the chance that respondents will speak well of their experiences to others in the pool of potential respondents. We work very hard and should be more fairly compensated for excellent performance.

Pros – The pay is excellent and so are the people, the employees and management all get along with each other as well.
Cons – I really can't say that there are any downsides other than it would be nice for more hours and maybe some health benefits.
Advice to Senior Management – I personally think that the Management at Scarborough Research is excellent and for them to keep up the good work.
