Cons – Warehouse is hot as hell, and there are a select few people that think they are gods gift

-Kind of an old-school office mentality/atmosphere, not very forward-thinking
Advice to Senior Management – The office culture is stuck in the past. I also think we could do a better job creating/encouraging healthier employees.

Pros – They are the locally authorized Allen Bradley distributor. They are fairly efficient with their product delivery.
Cons – Management indifference to employees, antiquated credit department, inefficient and archaic telephone system and the Eclipse operating system has no printed operating manual to refer to.
Advice to Senior Management – Use local telephone numbers for your branches and stop making customers in one part of the state speak to an inside salesperson in another part of the state. Also, use some common sense with your operating system training program for new hires and print a manual that people can refer to instead of having to ask someone else.
