Pros
Good Place To Work - Excellent benefits, Good training programs
Cons
Very demanding, poor work life balance
Pros
Had a great time. Met a lot of new people, got the opportunity to travel. I learned new software, how to work in a busy office environment. I enjoyed my internship, the people I met, the process I went through. Great feedback from my mentors. Overall, a great exerience.
Cons
My biggest issue was the lack of communication/organization of my main recruiter and the rest of us interns. I had specific issues with having accounts set up, problems with payment that no one else experienced. It would take days for my main recruiter to return my phone calls or emails, and generally made me feel like there was no time for me.
Advice to Senior Management
more organization for all the interns. Better communication before the internship actually starts. Rejection letters were cookie cutter and gave no indication as to why an intern was not receiving an offer, which was very frustrating after amazing and positive feedback throughout the entire internship.
