    Sometimes I was neglected and had nothing to do for some days

    good people - good skills - a plenty of training - busy busy busy when time are good - great products and service

    Cons

    at time top heavy in management - at times too busy - when thing are bad not too stable ~~ layoffs part of business stragegy

    find a way to modulate good and bad times to retain great people

    Good money when oil is doing well. Very loose work environment

    Cons

    Oil is not doing well presently. The job is very unpredictable and time consuming.

    Pros

    Great pay after completion of tech school/training. On average not a very strenuous job.

    Cons

    No set schedule. Gone from home from for unpredictable amounts of time. Consistently work 25-35 days at a time with only 4-6 days at home before leaving again.

    Advice to Management

    Design a set rotational schedule.

    Pros

    Great exposure and opportunities to travel, within my first year i was sent to Colombia and Abu Dhabi. Big Emphasis on safety. Work hard and play hard!

    Cons

    Safety is sometimes annoying and embrace the culture and you will be fine
