    Good strategy, amidst transformation, Good leadership. Company is on growth path and will continue to grow in the near future. Decent work life balance Good compensation in HR roles, average in others

    Cons

    Very complex organisation, can be a challenge to work for a newcomer until he/she is settled. No one person has complete view of one function, roles are compartmentalised and it can take time and effort to bring in change

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work in bringing the company to this stage. Simplify the organisation Improve workforce productivity by hiring better candidates.

    Place where you can learn a lot.

    Cons

    Technical Publications team is in wrong hands. The manager is totally incapable and very insecure person. Lot of attrition in the team. The higher management doesn't care about employee satisfaction.

    HR please make a better place to work.

    Pros

    Lot of opportunities for learning, All processes are in depth compared to other competitors of same segment. Result oriented and driven, Management goals are very clear and financially very strong, Almost all functions are global functions and globally aligned to ultimate aim of company. Very good company for starters.

    Cons

    Employees are treated like workers, HR's are puppets of management, Job security is very very less in acquired companies of schneider. Insecure feeling always, Importance is only for revenue not for employees, Attrition rate is too high. Admin & transportation facility is very very bad. Any escalation they will ask employee to go out of company,Appraisal system is too bad. False promises are more.

    Advice to Management

    Employees are pillars of company. Respect them and treat them properly, Improve appraisal system, Manager are not ultimate person to decide future of employee.
