I worked at Schneider Electric full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Cares about the Employee's satisfaction at the workplace, conducts regular activities to keep employee engaged, performs well planned performance reviews and keeps the employee in the loop during the process. Overall, there are minimal black veils in the organization. The company does not enforce a very strict work timing, but stresses on a very good work ethic. Lots of opportunities for global travel.

I have been working at Schneider Electric full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

It is undoubtedly one of the best places to work in. If you ask any random employee about the best part of their job, 90% would say without a second thought "Work Life Balance".

    Cons

The company follows a strategy of growing by acquisition and mergers. Many new people become a part of this company as a part of this process and they don't mix well with the culture of Schneider Electric. If you are working in one of such departments, your experience might be different.
