    Pros

Great work life balance. Never any pressure at work as they rarely fire anyone. Driving positive business results is not needed.

    Cons

Never learn anything at work. Scratch your head at some of the folks they have promoted to senior level positions. Can't keep customers or attract new customers

    Advice to Management

Stop promoting the good ole boys and add some diversity to your teams

    Pros

Close to home, small office able to work closely with others which makes it easy to communicate. Able to resolve issues quickly no matter what it was

    Cons

Plans changed all the time. Having to meet needs of customer are met with actions that affected other parts of the operation

    Advice to Management

Catering to drivers who underperformed then punishing the drivers who are capable is a good way to lose good people. I don't feel management saw it that way but the drivers did.

    Pros

Flexible schedule, newer equipment, local dispatch, Electronic logs, no touch freight, top pay, travel and see the US while getting paid.

    Cons

Rarely home on time, want to punish those who don't take there bs. Lots of northeast, strict with rules and regulations.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the drivers, we drive the company. Pretty sad that we keep taking hits as everyone else gets more. The regional premium was the difference between 35k and 40k year.

    Pros

    Safety, Maintain equipment very well

    Cons

More concerned about making money than driver well-being. Will spend millions on oddball crap like wheel covers, orange seatbelts ect........while at the same time punishing drivers (taking bonus) for idling, installing idle sensors to prevent idling, yet won't spend the money on APU's!!. Batteries will not support C-Paps, Fans and God forbid anyway to cook, if you want your bonus, you have to sweat it!!

    Advice to Management

They stopped talking to employees after Don Schneider died, corporate way more arrogant today, there way or else!!
