    Entrepreneurial atmosphere - no idea is too wild to try out!
    Good people - this company takes care of employees in need.

    ConsLong development cycles - because of the nature of the products and industry, it takes 18-24 months to see an idea come to fruition.
    Struggling schools - Many schools and districts are so budget constrained that they cannot purchase the technology they need to better their programs.
    No time off in August/September - The first few weeks of school are the busiest at SL-Tech. Don't expect any vacation time during August or September.

    Advice to Senior ManagementSL-Tech has done a great job at opening communication channels with its customers. Keep it up!
