    Pros

The company offers wonderful benefits and comparable salary. Leadership recently changed and we are seeing changes that are positively impacting employees.

    Cons

Equipment needs updated to provide more efficient time management to complete jobs.

    Advice to Management

Continue to focus on the day to day operations and what front line employees need.

    Pros

The coworkers, customers, and friendly boss. Overall the environment, the job itself, and the people are all good. And the benefits aren't bad.

    Cons

Hours are way too long, especially considering how low the pay is. Expectations are unreasonably high when just starting out.

    Advice to Management

Doesn't make sense to take away "training pay" and give such a substantial pay cut to an RSR after getting them up to speed and having them have been there over a year. Just to have to start all over again paying someone else "training pay" while they get up to speed and then starting the same cycle all over again.

    Pros

    Great pay
Meet a lot of different people
    A different day every day
It's so easy a Caveman can do it
    Paid holidays

    Cons

Loooooooong hours. Between 10-14 a day.
If you come in before 7 they look at you strange and ask why you're so early. Even if you finish you're route. You should be out building.

    Pros

Fantastic, supportive teams. Talented co-workers, and great brands to work on. My managers are great, and I've learned a lot in a short amount of time. Significant positive changes have been made at the corporate level, and the business performance is radically improved. Exciting changes are ahead.

    Cons

With all of the changes going on there has been some churn, which can be tricky to navigate, but overall the changes are for the better.

    Advice to Management

Keep the momentum going, keep attracting better and better people, and keep finding new ways to compel and retain the front line employees.

    Pros

A good company to work for. Nice bonus package if company hits plan.

    Cons

Management can mean working long hours and being available 24/7 to take care of issues and the customer.

    Pros

Fair pay, good benefits, good people

    Cons

Long hours... Stress long hours. Prior to running a route you haven't done for the first time, just finding people's houses is a challenge.

    Advice to Management

Upgrade equipment. The above problems could be more manageable with better gps and handheld software.

    Pros

Very good benefits. Great food discounts. Holiday pay. Opportunity for reward trips, gift packages.

    Cons

Equipment is disrepair. Lack of assistance in finding new customers for routes. Poor control of inventory causing customer complaints.

    Advice to Management

Continue work on pay improvement. Invest in your fleet and technology. Don't keep talking about what you will do, get it done.

    Pros

Like the product and customer sales. If they don't touch your route you can eventually make a decent income. New CEO sure does help out the RSR with the changes being made.

    Cons

High turnover. New management is needed to be with current needs of depo. Starting pay is different at each depo. Much decision making is based on their bonuses. So trucks go without needed maintenance and supplies.

    Advice to Management

Upper management needs to make surprise visits to depo and talk to RSR'S, get their input on how depo's are being managed. Maybe then there wouldn't be such a high turnover.
