I worked for Schwan's for nine years. It is a good place to start and learn sales and leadership skills. They offer:
Good Pay and Bonus
Good Benefits
Plenty of Advancement Opportunity
Good ProductCons
Long Hours: 70+
Too many Chiefs: Seemed like every week there was a new focus and formula for success.
Unstable: Constant change.Advice to Senior Management
Reevaluate your values and principles. Schwan's used to be a place that valued the employees that helped build it and cared for their families. Somewhere in the process of growing up those values have been lost.
