Pros

It is a good family business run by the third generation of Schwarz's. They provide generous employee benefits many employer paid. The management is very accomodating to family and personal time. And they encourage growth withing the communtiy and in professional circles.

Cons

Communication with employees lacking and they don't allow a sense of ownership to the employees. Need to reward people at random to make everyone feel they are part of the company's success

Advice to Senior Management

The owners of the company make no visible sacrifices and pay the administrators a lot of money to keep their pockets full. This is apparent to all employees. A lot of whom don't even buy product from their employer. It's not that they have to, but I think it says a lot about a company if the employees don't buy product from their own company. It would be imparitive for the company to find a way to apply a sense of ownership on the employee
