    Positive Outlook

    Pros

Great work environment, location and people

    Cons

There weren't any real cons, the company was advancing and wanting to be a place you would be proud to be affiliated with.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Schweppes Australia full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

cheap staff beverages and good career opportunities

    Cons

Low salary and low management commitment

    Advice to Management

Deliver what you promise and walk the talk. Salary range at the minimum of the range in this industry. This company needs more valuable and expert managers and supervisors

  3. Good overall, but not suited to someone who wants to progress their career.

    Pros

Good people at lower levels who care about what they do as well as each other. Good for a job if you're happy to stay where you are.

    Cons

No real opportunity for career progression. Business seems to be satisfied with status quo, rather than take risks and make changes that could improve admin / sales processes and therefore be more cost effective overall.

    Advice to Management

Make some critical changes to really step away from the old Cadbury Schweppes way and let Schweppes stand up on its own as a really new and innovative business.

    Pros

You learn to work hard due to the pressure. Constant NPD's.

    Cons

Hard to move through the business. Overworked under paid. No real benefits other than normal pay. Yes man move up the business. They ask you to do 30 calls a day in Route trade. Impossible. Went up from 12 to 30 after the separation from cadbury it went pear shaped.

    Advice to Management

Have programs to develop people into future roles. Pay a bit better. Dont put too much pressure. reduce the number of calls.
