    Pros

nice salary, payed training, 2 days off; no disturb during weekend, work permit, pay on time (last day of the month at 5 pm), global based company, night shift may help students to study during the day, annual leave (15 days a years), a retune tiket to see your mama once in 2 years. ..etc.

    Cons

depends on the project they send you too, e.g. you will die in singtel, other projets look fine. resignation process is horrible (3 months notice) , no release letter otherwise you need to fly out to other country.... etc.

    Advice to Management

work two years max, get your ticket then resign. if less is okay, but dont exceed them except if you have no dreams in life except eat and sleep !!

    Pros

The pay comes in on time and they process Visa for foreigners.

    Cons

The managers are not learned. You come across a manager who only has a high school certificate managing someone with a PHD. The management style has no proper protocol, the managers just do as they like. A lot of favouritism, people that actually work hard are not rewarded accordingly. Nothing to motivate workers, worst workplace ever.

    Advice to Management

Managers should have proper managerial training. They should have a proper managerial style and not do everything according to favour.

  7. Great place for passive learning, where you pick up skills without realising that they are valued highly.

    Pros

Really depends on the project you're contracted too. Good place to start your career as your communication and people skills will be put to test as you encounter multi national clients.

    Cons

Salary not competitive and has not been reviewed since 2011.
Personal growth or career advancements are not rolled our properly.
Employees who are not aware of training and development opportunities are left out or not informed.
Long standing employees should be able to move up the ladder within the project.
Higher position within projects should be given to senior project agents as they understand the finer nuances of the project.
Keeping hold of a managerial candidate by shifting him into a completely new environment or business is not healthy for the specific project.
Back up plan for disaster recovery for loss of personal is poor.

Catagorisation of employee's position should be reviewed according to involvement in individual business.

    Advice to Management

Training should be given specific to the skill set for a project.
Training should be don not just to improve staff output but also improve personal skills or acquire new ones which can lead to progress up the career ladder.

    Pros

Basic salary would be higher compared to the same industry companies, allowance will be given based on your performance and attendance. Salary will be paid on time. Training provided for every staff.

    Cons

Training provided was too long period, however it was fun to involve in the training session. Internal staff relationship would have some small problems.
