Pros
Great product, vision and quality!
Cons

Advice to Senior Management
Nope, they are doing a good job...
Pros
Our product helps millions of children be successful in school. It has improved the lives of so many children and families.
Cons
It's kinda small and the benefits reflect that. If you are not a California employee the health benefits are low and I would like to see 401K match and tuition reimbursement.
Pros
Great products! No doubt you are contributing the improvement of the lives of children and youth across the US, Canada and the world. Better than average benefits package. Solid PTO policy. Great company meetings overall in a great city. Obvious attempts to create bonding experiences. If you are tapped as a "rising star" you can do almost anything you want.
Cons
Pressure to work all day, no real lunch breaks except when it is a company provided lunch. Some people in some positions find difficulty in moving to higher levels of responsibility or even make lateral moves to jobs they would prefer. Downsizing in some departments is causing extreme stress on the remaining employees.
Advice to Senior Management
Be careful of how you treat the people at the less obvious positions, they keep the place running so that the work of the sales staff has meaning. If you ignore them, they may leave you high and dry.
Pros
Great product and company mission
Cons
Communication flow needs work to ibetter climate
Advice to Senior Management
NA
Pros
The product works if properly implemented and really helps children. People feel good about working here and there is a real sense of mission.
Cons
The company is changing rapidly from an educational software company with a culture like a "not for profit" to a more conventional software company. This is a pro for some, a con for others. Management is single-minded about pursuing growth and profitability.
Advice to Senior Management
Make sure that as the company grows and becomes more professional that the original core values are not neglected. You have already lost some good people and risk losing more.
Pros
They make great products that really make a difference in children's lives and the upper management looks past just profitability; they look at quality.
Cons
The pay was not that great and not as much room for growth as I would have hoped.
Advice to Senior Management
Please look at why you have turnover and do exit-interviews to get honest feedback on why people leave.
