Pros

Good benefits (ie, medical, dental, vision, cell phone, moderate flexibility in schedule). The subordinate workers were good people, easy to work with. Very helpful and hardworking office staff.

Cons

Poor communication from upper management, not open to different ideas, narrow mindsets when managing customers. Do not provide the proper support for employees to succeed. Many of the reasons stated have lead to their extremely high turnover rate.

Advice to Senior Management

Use a more common sense approach to business tactics instead of trying to outhink or outwit. Excercise more "open" communication with employees. Discourage using disciplinary measures inappropriately when simple, positive communication would correct the problem. Have the courage to deal with a difficult personel situations, knowing that it is the right thing to do. Stop allowing staff members to cause dissention among other staff by his or her actions and comments.
