    Pros

    You are given the freedom to learn and try out new things without worries of repercussion and no red tapes. Basically it's a face pace business and there are lots of challenges which you need to be ready to face.

    Cons

    Lack of cash flow and funds make it difficult to invest in new technologies ... and there are too many initiatives but no follow through to make any of them realised

    Give clear directions and don't keep people in the dark. Once on the path do not deviate or change course ....

    You're allowed to be fully responsible on any major projects regardless on your seniority levels.

    Shortage of manpower is not an excuse for you to not to perform

    Pros

    Money, easy of job, minimal reporting monthly, left to run own business line, if you want a short time career

    Cons

    Poor communication from upper management, zero chance for promotion, never have a garanteed salary payment date and often deduct money from salary for any asspect of work done incorrectly such as flight changes

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Should become moreinteractive with there staff and not treat them as only a number. Pass on procedure documents and provide more HR assistance
