    A government office environment that makes you lazy if you are not on gaurd
    People in the system are not paid at par with people who are taken fresh without the process knowledge

    Pros

    Its a good company to start your career with, you will learn plenty of things about banking and credit card apart from that you will actually learn how to handle a customer and how to have a need based conversation

    Cons

    Pay is not good for a fresher when compared to market but coming to experienced its a best place to settle down.
