    Pros

Small town environment. Good pay for the area. Flexible schedule. Family oriented. Good Benifits.

    Cons

Nature of the job is 24x7. Pay is lower compared to Austin and Dallas areas Very large company

    Advice to Management

Increase the pay scale to compete with Austin and Dallas. Its hard to keep good people.

    Pros

From my 1yr & 8mnths working there, I had nothing but good experiences working for Baylor Scott & White Healthcare formerly known as Scott & White Healthcare. I enjoyed the clinic I worked in along with my coworkers and doctors. It honestly felt like a little family and I enjoyed going into work everyday.

    Cons

I honestly do not have any cons to share.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

    Pros

The employees are wonderful to work with and I made good friends. It's just the management and work environment that make it a terrible place to work.

    Cons

I worked for Baylor for years and have seen many changes. One of the biggest changes I saw was the change in employee work environment. Management at Baylor Information Services now are in a position where they feel that they can get away with various forms of discrimination and often do. It is evident that Baylor's outsourced Human Resources department is just in the business of protecting just that, the business. This is all fine, but it is at the expensive of the employees. I would highly suggest that you look elsewhere for employment if you are looking for a job in Information Systems. Especially if you do not want to work for a company that condones hostile work environments.

    Pros

I loved working with my co- workers and loved working in medical field.

    Cons

Management sucked. Not sure how they got hired.

    Advice to Management

When an employee needs help to do her job correctly it sure would help if she could have gotten a call back from her boss or if he would just answer his phone!!
