Pros

Pride in creating something from nothing.
Most workers are common folk like you and good people.
(Mostly) 4 day work weeks.
Good pay rate for area.

Cons

Supervision / Management lacking in ethics and employee concerns.
Very dirty, dusty working conditions (Fiberglass and saw dust).
Always working in the "Dark" as far as information goes.
No real work instructions, you do job from memory or experience.
Tight working conditions.

Advice to Senior Management

Look to your employees to help keep the business and jobs "Above Water".
They are your greatest asset and have plenty of great ideas to help which are overlooked daily.
Trust them with the facts and they will help to resolve any issues that may come up.
Look closer at who is put in supervisory positions.
leadership by fear and intimidation will not get Sea Ray back into the fore-front of the industry.

Pros

Great system level experience.
Very cool product.
Great benefits.

Cons

Poor career advancement opportunities.
Unrealistic expectations of management.

Advice to Senior Management

Take better care of your employees. Better recognize top performers and reward employees for a job well done. Offer more opportunities for career advancement and communicate those opportunities with employees.
